What is the cost of treatment?
Insurance policies may offer some benefits. All policies are different and the only sure way to know what the reimbursement rate might be is to run Verification of Benefits (VOB). I strongly recommend that individuals and families do not do this but rather let the professional teams I work with run the VOB because they know the correct insurance coding for the benefits request.
